Description

Joe Ballard, born December 20,1825, worked as a skilled blacksmith until he was a very old man.  He was a weather prophet, politician and philosopher and one of Salisbury’s most notable citizens.  He died February 25, 1917 and was buried with Masonic honors.

No series, the Albertype Co., Brooklyn, N.Y.
