According to the label on the slide, this is a view (from Washington Square) of Union Station in Worcester, Massachusetts.  The station was built in 1911 by the New York Central Rail Road.  The building was abandoned in 1975 and fell into disrepair. …

This is the same view as in the slide Kirchin057.  Obviously, street work has been done because the rough cobblestones have given way to smooth pavement.
