A work crew gets their photo taken in the midst of paving a street.  While the location was not labeled, zooming into the photo gave enough clues to determine the location.  The 'Flatiron' building shown is located in Columbus, Ohio. 

Sadly, most of the buildings that are in the view no longer exist.  The Flatiron building remains, however, and some history of it can be found here.
