Description

Some advertisements in the photo can be read clearly after zooming in on the picture.  These ads and the Cleveland, Ohio photo company stamp on the reverse of the photo help pinpoint the location as the Brooklyn-Brighton Bridge in Cleveland.

The advertisements visible in the photo are for the Brooklyn Lumber Company and Luke's Livery.  Both businesses can be found in the 1916 Cleveland City Directory.

A website with some good history of the Brooklyn-Brighton Bridge can be found here.
